Hudson Rd, Wiltshire
Hudson Rd was first purchased in 2002. A sturdy 1980's property, it was originally purchased as a 2 bedroom house. By separating the very large front bedroom into a separate bathroom & good size double bedrroom, Eileen was able to turn the existing bathroom into a good size single bedroom. She thereby created that extra bedroom without the need for costly extensions. This initially increased the value of the property quite significantly over and above the original purchaes price. This is one of Eileen's most successful rental properties.

Church Furlong, Wiltshire
Eileen purchased this property in 2003, another 1980's property, this time in the typical bungalow style. Bought originally as a 3 bed bungalow, it was transformed into a 5 bed property, with the potential for the extension to be used as a self contained Granny Annexe, with it's own kitchen & shower room. This house proved to be a huge success, beautifully renovated and gardens re-landscaped to incormporate the Feng Shui Principles. When it was evenually sold, it went for well in excess of the intial purchase price in 2006.

Fowlers Rd, Wiltshire
Fowlers Rd was purchased in May 2004 and at the time had been empty for over 2 years. Left empty and neglected the property was desperately in need of much care and attention. In less than 6 months the property had been transformed from a down and out 2 bed, into a luxurious and stylish 3 bedroom property. with spacious bathroom overlooking the beautifully landscaped rear garden. Whilst initially on the market to sell, Eileen was approached by the BBC asking that they be able to use it in one of the their programmes. Although Eileen originally planned to sell, she then decided to keep the property, and rightly so, as it has proved to be a very successful rental property, situated very close to Salisbury city centre.

Hales Rd, Wiltshire
Purchased in January 2007, this property is beautifully situated amongst the rolling landscape of the Wiltshire hills, and was a typical ex-military property. Very much neglected by it's previous owners, Eileen quckly tranformed it into the stylish 2 bedroom property that it is today, with beautifully lanscaped gardens surrounding it. And once again this property has proved to be a very successful rental property within Eileen's portfolio, acquiring 3 viewings on its first day advertised, and being let out immediately.

Ribble Drive, Lancashire
When purchased in May 2007,this property was in great need of basic TLC . Whilst well placed on the outskirts of Bury Town Centre, Ribble Drive was not more than 5 minutes from rolling Lancashire couintryside. Eileen quckly set abouit adding her own personal touch and flare to the property. Every house Eileen owns is given the special Feng Shui touch, as she maintains this is the key to her great success. She claims it ensures a successful property portfolio, making sure the occupants will always feel happy and content. Ribble Drive proved that, once more, Eileen knows how to bring out the best in her properties, and when it comes to maintaining a prosperous and successful rental portfolio.
